Treasurer of Sri Lanka Parliamentarians Forum for Evaluation
Hon. Mylvaganam Thilakarajah: He is Management Graduate from University of Colombo and Reading for Master of Regional Development and Planning also IPDET (2018) Alumni. He was a Member of Parliament of Sri Lanka (2015-2020) and Presently engaging as freelance Consultant on Civic Engagement with Parliament. He was instrumental with his team members to enact the National Policy on evaluation in Sri Lanka in 2018 and drafting the bill via the Select Committee. He was a member of the organizing committee of EvalColmbo, global conference held in 2018. He was the Member of Parliament who proposed to Sri Lankan Parliament To form a Select Committee of Parliament to report to Parliaments its recommendation to ensure National Evaluation Capacity in Sri Lanka, and he was the active member of the Committee. He is the Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Parliamentarian for Evaluation and the Executive Member of Global Parliamentarian Forum for Evaluation.
