Senior Evaluator at the Competence Centre Method, German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval)
Dr Martin Noltze is a senior evaluator at the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval). As a team leader at DEval’s competence center for evaluation methodology Martin works on the advancement of evaluation standards and designs in the field of development evaluation. As part of his duties Martin is leading a modular evaluation on Germany's international finance for climate change adaptation.
