Senior Evaluation Officer, Independent Evaluation Group (IEG), World Bank (WB)
Heinz is a Senior Evaluation Officer at the Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) of the World Bank Group. After 17 years at the World Bank, in 2022 he joined the IEG. Most of of his carrier has worked as a financial sector economist, with expertise in the areas of capital market development, pension funds, and the role of the state in the financial sector. He has advised more than 30 countries across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Previously, he worked at the Ministry of Finance of Chile as a Director of Financial Policy. He has several publications and he is author of four books on pension reforms and infrastructure financing. Mr. Rudolph received a Ph.D. in economics from Georgetown University.
