External Consultant, Team Leader of the EIB’s CAB Evaluation
Charu Wilkinson is an independent evaluation consultant with 20 years of experience in leading complex evaluations. She has evaluated a wide range of interventions in areas as diverse as humanitarian assistance, innovation, economic adjustment programmes, social impact, banking and climate finance. Her specific interest and expertise lies in evaluating the activities and products of development finance institutions. She holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and a post graduate diploma in business management.
